Online banking has been around for several years with the mobile banking application following close behind. Typically, when you look at the variety of products and services offered through online financial institutions, you would see that most are much the same. Although some banks do have a unique or more innovative approach, any differences are slight – that is until Breeze Mobile Banking was introduced.
Offered through Standard Chartered Bank, the new Breeze Mobile Banking solution is without doubt in a league of its own. As words spreads, people are once again becoming excited about online and mobile banking, realizing the Breeze is taking things in a completely new direction. As you will discover from the information provided in this article, Breeze is a revolutionary solution that experts believe will forever change the world of both online and mobile banking.
For starters, the Breeze Mobile Banking product was developed in Singapore and while it is available throughout Singapore, as well as Malaysia, it will soon be rolling out to markets in Hong Kong, India, and eventually, it will hit global markets. The initial launch of Breeze focuses solely on being an internet or iPhone application but starting in September of 2010, it will also be offered for iPad users.
Okay, so what makes Breeze so unique? The answer is the new generation banking platform, one designed to make banking easier, more convenient, and more robust than any other banking platform ever developed. Keep in mind that people appreciate what internet and mobile banking offers but rather than traditional products and services, Breeze Mobile Banking will be strongly influenced by various 2.0 media marketing sites to include Facebook.com and Mint.com, just to name two.
With the new Breeze platform, people will be able to take online and mobile banking to an entirely different level. For instance, this application is the first in the world to offer free e-check or e-cheque, which means that you would have the ability to sign a check online, as well as have a physical check mailed to the address you provide. Another difference with the Breeze Mobile Banking solution is that it uses intuitive interface and use of plain language such as Move, See, and Manage your Money.
The Breeze application also makes it possible for icons to be customized. Therefore, when you sign up to use Breeze, you would have the opportunity to create icons based on personal preference, making it quicker and easier to identify different sections and levels within the website itself. You will also discover a special “wish list” function, which helps you save money on a regular basis for something specific such as a new vehicle, home repairs, vacation, etc. The reminder system is also beneficial if you pay bills online, sending out a notification so payments are never overlooked.
Even the type and level of security offered with the Breeze Mobile Banking application is unique. Most financial institutions that provide internet and mobile services use “dongle” for security, which is considered the best safety measure available in protecting people online but with Breeze, security is taken one-step further. Instead of the traditional one password wall of protection, a second password would be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. For the second password, it would be used just once, after which time it expires.
As you can see from the examples of features with the new Breeze Mobile Banking system, nothing else like it currently exists. Therefore, Standard Chartered Bank and Breeze are pioneers in the new wave of services being offered to consumers who appreciate online and mobile banking. Basically the banks will take a certain percentage of the amount you spend and make a donation to the charity organization that is linked to the card. These are different from other reward credit cards that offer cash back or points for use on a variety of rewards. Co-branded credit cards are similar to other countries store credit cards and are issued by a specific airline, cell phone or retail store. To help you determine whether Coverdell savings accounts would be a good fit for your college savings goals, consider eligibility requirements, qualified expenses, contribution limits, investment options, rollover options, and the enrollment process.
Coverdells impose limitations on contributors who establish and fund an account and beneficiaries who receive and accounts proceeds. To establish a Coverdell account you must have a modified adjusted gross income below $95,000 for single filers and $190,000 for married couples. Gold Frenzy Continues

It is amazing how many television commercials are on about buying gold. I watched TV for about three hours last night and saw no less than 20 advertisements to buy gold. Investing in gold has been around for centuries, but with the economy in the condition that it is in it looks like gold will continue to rise in price.many people have considered investing in gold as a hedge against inflation and failure by other financial markets. While that may be true it does seem to me that cold is getting a little bit high-priced. I mean, over $1100 per ounce is a lot of money. I once bought gold coins for $380 per ounce. That was several years ago and I had a boatload of it. I wish I had it now. I did some research about why people invest in gold and decided it wasn’t for me.
In the long run however it very well may be better than holding onto cash since the dollar will be worth anything very soon. The economy is in such a state that the only thing they can fix it is total failure. Individuals have reset the way they buy and sell and save money. The United States government has not reset contrary to what you might’ve heard. If investing in gold is the answer we will soon find out. Spending your way out of the debt or out of unemployment is simply not going to work. Is it too late to invest in gold, I read an interesting article that discussed that very topic the other day.

Foreclosures For 2009
November 19, 2009 by · Leave a Comment
The Center for Responsible Lending estimates that there we’ll be 2.4 million homes foreclosures in 2009. Does that number shock anyone? apparently it doesn’t seem to affect anyone in Washington. While our government makes health care a priority, Americans are losing their homes in record numbers. This is a byproduct of an unemployment rate in double digits. This is also a byproduct of irresponsible lending and irresponsible borrowing. I recently lost my own home to foreclosure. We had lived in the house for 19 years. I needed help with taxes. The value of the home was $350,000 2 years ago. The last month that we lived in it I tried to sell it for under $100,000 and had no takers. Banks are taking back homes and they are not reselling them. I have to ask why they are not, because there must be a motive for that. There is government foreclosure help available, but frankly it is not available to everyone. I would make a trade right now with anyone that wants to put health care on the back burner so that we can concentrate on jobs. That is not likely to happen as the administration thinks that healthcare reform will solve the woes of everything. Bankruptcy filings are up by similar numbers than those of foreclosures. what is happening is people purchased walking away from debt and responsibility in mass. What that tells me is how a recession is long from over. We may have a positive report here and there, but the fact of the matter is until people go back to work, and have the means to take care of their homes and their families, we have nothing.
